Hulls.io is an online marketplace that connects yacht buyers with yacht sellers, brokers, and dealerships. We provide a platform for listing and discovering yachts for sale.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

4. Listing Yachts (Sellers)

4.1 Listing Requirements

When listing a yacht, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the yacht or are authorized to sell it
• All listing information is accurate, complete, and not misleading
• All photographs are of the actual yacht being sold
• The yacht is available for sale at the listed price
• You have clear title and authority to transfer ownership
• There are no undisclosed liens, encumbrances, or legal issues

4.2 Prohibited Listings

You may not list:

• Yachts you do not own or have authority to sell
• Stolen or illegally obtained vessels
• Yachts with undisclosed material defects
• Fraudulent or misleading listings
• Duplicate listings for the same yacht

Listing fees are set forth in our current pricing schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with notice.

5. Buying Yachts (Buyers)

5.1 Due Diligence

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before purchasing any yacht. This includes but is not limited to:

• Verifying all listing information independently
• Arranging professional marine surveys and inspections
• Confirming ownership and title status
• Reviewing all documentation
• Obtaining sea trials where appropriate

5.2 No Warranties

Hulls.io does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing information. We make no representations regarding the condition, quality, safety, or legality of any yacht listed on our Platform.

5.3 Direct Transactions

All purchase transactions occur directly between buyer and seller. Hulls.io is not a party to any sale and bears no responsibility for the completion or outcome of any transaction.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Circumvent any security measures
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hulls.io and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

By submitting content (including listings, photos, and descriptions), you grant Hulls.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
