About Nebula Yacht

Nebula Yacht is a Turkish superyacht yard in the Antalya Free Zone, on the country's southern coast. The company is registered as Nebula Yat Sanayi ve Anonim Şirketi, at an address in the free zone in Konyaaltı; the free-zone operator's directory lists its business as the building, outfitting and repair of aluminium and steel yachts. Its owner and chairman is Serkan Sürer, who was named as the yard's chief executive when it announced the NBL 103 contract in 2023. The yard describes itself as a family business. We have not found a published founding date.

The yard launched Amanda, a 57.6-metre motor yacht, at a ceremony in the Antalya Free Zone at the end of February 2026, reported by Boat International on 2 March. Amanda has an unusual history. Her keel was laid in May 2013 by the Turkish yard Sunrise Yachts, and Nebula Yacht inherited the hull in 2022, so the yacht was launched almost 13 years after construction first began. The original design is by Espen Øino. Nebula made some changes, including replacing a top-deck lounge with a new cabin, with the re-engineering completed by Adeo Yacht Design; Boat International credits the styling to the Italian designer Matteo Gennari.

As reported by Boat International, Amanda has a full-displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure, a volume of more than 1,200GT and an 11-metre beam. She uses diesel-electric pod propulsion: twin 1,000kW electric motors powered by three 600kW diesel generators, for a reported top speed of 16.5 knots, a 12-knot cruise and a 5,000-nautical-mile range. Accommodation is for 12 guests and 14 crew. Turkish press reports of the launch gave some different figures, including 650kW generators and a 17-person crew.

Nebula's second project is a 63.5-metre motor yacht announced in July 2023 as NBL 103, for an owner whose previous yacht was the 49.99-metre sailing yacht All About U (Ada Yacht Works, 2018). The keel was laid in June 2023. The project was later known as All About U and, according to Boat International's BOATPro data, has since been renamed Marimba. Adeo Yacht Design is responsible for the exterior design and detail engineering, Red Yacht Design for the interiors and Ginton Naval Architects for the naval architecture. Reported plans include accommodation for up to 16 guests in eight cabins and twin MAN engines for a maximum speed of 14.7 knots. When the contract was announced in 2023, delivery was scheduled for summer 2025; by June 2024 Boat International was reporting a launch in summer 2026.

On its website the yard says it builds class-approved steel and aluminium yachts from 24 to 100 metres and also takes on refits and conversions, with more than 150 staff, an engineering team of over 25 and in-house furniture production. At the Amanda launch Sürer said the company had started with eight people and that around 300 had worked on the project. He also announced an 8,000-square-metre new shipyard in the free zone, intended to increase production capacity fourfold.
